Policies

My goal is to make every experience feel seamless, discreet, and enjoyable from the moment we first connect.  The following policies are designed to protect both of our time and ensure clear expectations.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit of 25% is typically required to reserve our time together.

Deposits are generally required for:

• First-time clients

• Travel arrangements

• Premium time slots

• Overnights

• Holiday bookings

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of you engagement and are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

I accept:

• Custom Stripe Payment Link for payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay

  • I will create this and send it to you

• CashApp • Venmo • Zelle

• Cash (when arranged in advance)

• Cashier's/Certified Checks payable to Sean Champagne

Consultation Calls

A complimentary 15-minute introductory call is available for new clients.

Additional consultation time may be billed at $50 per 30 minutes and may be credited toward longer engagements.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours notice

Deposits may be transferred to a future date.

24-48 hours notice

50% of the deposit will be credited toward a rescheduled engagement.

Less than 24 hours notice

Deposits are forfeited.

Repeat last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Travel Policy

Travel arrangements can be customized based on your itinerary.

Clients are responsible for:

• Airfare or mileage

• Hotel accommodations, when applicable

• Ground transportation

• Any agreed-upon expenses

Availability

Primary Markets

Often available with as little as 12-24 hours notice:

• Las Vegas

• Denver

• Phoenix / Scottsdale

• Salt Lake City

Secondary Markets

Frequently accessible:

• Los Angeles

• San Diego

• San Francisco

• Dallas-Fort Worth

• Orlando

Additional destinations are avialable upon request.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Absolute discretion is a core principle of Executive Companion.

Your identity, communications, and time together are treated as strictly confidential.

I ask for the same respect in return.

Mutual Respect

Successful experiences are built on:

I reserve the right to decline or end any engagement if I feel unsafe or disrespected.

Extensions

If schedules permit, our time together may be extended by the hour at the rate our rendezvous breaks down to per hour.
